I had the pleasure of presenting to my fellow surgeons my approach to transoral endoscopic thyroid and parathyroid surgery (TOETVA), through more than 350 cases.
This technique, which continues to spread throughout the world, offers not only the cosmetic advantage of a complete absence of neck scarring, but also increased precision thanks to endoscopic magnification, allowing fine and safe dissection.
